Open Source Investor Services (OSIS) provides collection services and expert analysis of credit data.
OSIS is based in Amsterdam with hubs in Brussels and Frankfurt. Our vision is to build an "open source" style community around the analysis, rating and valuation of structured credit investments and bank loan portfolios.
OSIS is in the process of providing currently untapped financial data as well as risk and valuation models for the benefit of all capital markets participants.
The OSIS founders have been leading the establishment of bank data collection activities and have originated and structured more than €150 billion of European securitizations transactions across a wide spectrum of asset classes.

OSIS is pleased to announce the beta release of an online tool to validate RMBS loan level data. Mortgage lenders and servicers can validate their standardized loan by loan information to verify completeness, accuracy and consistency with the templates and taxonomies required by the European Central Bank and Bank of England.
