Jeroen Batema
Jeroen is director and co-founder of Open Source Investor Services B.V. He started his banking career in commercial lending at ING Bank, in 2000 he became head of Credit Portfolio Management at NIBC and in 2007 he continued as head of Securitization at Credit Portfolio Management at BNP Paribas Fortis. In the last role he was responsible for several post-crisis and Basel 2 compliant securitization transactions. Further he was the founding chairman of PECDC, a global association of banks with the largest loan loss data base. He holds a masters degree in law at the University of Utrecht, the Netherlands.
Burkhard Heppe
Burkhard is director and co-founder of Open Source Investor Services B.V. Previously he was Managing Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch responsible for Debt capital markets advisor and arranger for financial institutions raising capital and funding, Originator of principal investments in securitization transactions and distressed debt and Structurer of first time asset securitizations (e.g. project finance, aircraft and shipping loans). He holds a Phd in Applied Mathematics at Cambridge University.
Stéphane Pierret
Mechanical Engineer and PhD in applied sciences with 15 years' experience in C++ development for research applications including grid computing. Expertise in optimization algorithms such as genetic algorithms, artificial neural networks and large industrial applications of these technologies. Experience in building securitization transactions mainly at the data collection level and portfolio selection level. Experience in project management of research team up to 15 researchers.
Andrew Diver
Andrew has over 10 years' experience in the IT industry in both web and newspaper publishing. As a freelance developer he recently worked on several projects at Google including the 'Getting British Business Online' initiative. He holds a Phd in Physics at Cambridge University.
Ken Bastiaensen
Ken worked previously as Quantitative Structurer with BNP Paribas Fortis, responsible for modelling all originated ABS in the Benelux. Before this he gained valuable experience as a Quantitative Analyst within Fixed Income in Brussels, New York and Hong Kong. He holds a MSc Engineering in Physics and has published in Economic Journals. He speaks English, Dutch and French.
